Strolling through Paris

The global shape of this “map” corresponds to the extension of the city of Paris; the internal paths, on the other hand, arose from free implementation of the above-mentioned mathematical model (see page 5.)
The photographs, taken during a stopover in Paris, show glimpses of city buildings.
The border between subjective perception and “objective” structure of the city is thus questioned. “Singularities” of the city, such as single houses, windows, apartments, streets etc., act as differencial units which re-construct the city by a process of flow.
